Terms of Business
A plain-English summary of how we work together. The full terms for your engagement are set out in your individual client engagement letter.
Last updated: May 2026. These summary terms apply to the services Maze TS ("we", "us", "our") provides. They are supplemented by the engagement letter we agree with each client, which takes precedence if there is any inconsistency.
Our services
We provide tax and accountancy services including Self Assessment, Company Formation, Annual Accounts, Payroll, VAT Returns and Bookkeeping. The exact scope of work for your engagement will be set out in your engagement letter.
Fees
We work on a fixed-fee basis. We will agree the fee with you in advance so you know what your work will cost, and you will not be charged separately for the routine advice and support that accompanies the agreed services. Fees, payment terms and anything outside the agreed scope are confirmed in your engagement letter.
